5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your 711jl account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 711jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 711jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Processing Times. 711jl aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and approval of required documentation.
6.4 711jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 711jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
